Madhya Bharat Agro Products Ltd is planning to expand its fertilizer unit in Saurai Village in Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh. The project involves setting up of a manufacturing facility to produce Di-Ammonium Phosphate (DAP), zinc sulphate, gypsum, sulphate of potash (SOP) etc.,
The company is already manufacturing single super phosphate (SSP) and other phospates here and has a production capacity of 18000 tpa.
The project cost is estimated at ₹ 4,367 million.
As of April 2021, the project is in planning stage.
