Rattan India Apna Solar has been awarded a 5 MW roof top solar power project from Madhya Pradesh Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Ltd. The company, part of the Rattan India Group, won the order through competitive bidding. This is one of the first rooftop solar projects tendered in the country and more such projects are likely to come up soon. The project will be executed on about 75 public buildings in Bhopal, Indore and Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh.
